Do you guarantee your products?

Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. Please call for a return number. In addition, we guarantee our hems for the life of the wild rag. If they should unravel, just return the wild rag and we will gladly send a new one.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

What if I want my 'wild rag' a different size that what is offered?

We are happy to custom size any order. There is a .50/inch fee for sizes over 36". Please call or email for 'wild rag' prices under 36".

How do I care for my new 'wild rag'?

A silk 'wild rag' can be hand washed or washed in a gentle cycle with warm water and hang to dry. Press with a warm iron. Silk can also be dry cleaned.
