Q Do you guarantee your products?
A Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. Please call for a return number. In addition, we guarantee our hems for the life of the wild rag. If they should unravel, just return the wild rag and we will gladly repair or replace with a new one.

Q What if I don’t want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A That’s fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose “check” or “phone” as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we’ll ship your order.

Q What if I want my ‘wild rag’ a different size that what is offered?
A We are happy to custom size any order. Please call or email for a price on a custom size wild rag.

Q How do I care for my new ‘wild rag’?
A We recommend that you dry clean your wild rags although they can be hand washed and hung to dry. Press with a warm iron. Please note that the colors may become dull and may shrink slightly when washed.
